JK-Tuoretalo is a family business, founded by the Kolehmainen brothers in 2012. Our FSSC22000-certified production ensures consistent quality and food safety. All recipes are developed and tested by our own R&D team in close collaboration with professional chefs and other skilled industry professionals with their hands on the coding plate.

We strive to reduce plastic use in our packaging wherever possible. Our production facility is heated with geothermal energy, and solar panels generate electricity for our operations.
We have been awarded the prestigious FSSC 22000 certification as proof of our commitment to the most important food safety standards. We have completed all audits related to BRC certification and will receive the certification in 2025.
